Liberating The Heart

A 3-day workshop for LGBT people

Do you feel that whatever you do in your life something is always missing?

Modern humans live at an intensive pace, with anxieties, loneliness, lack of communication, goals of career and survival, and huge gaps between classes, genders and life options. These are some of the reasons why we close up. Our stress and the wounds we carry shrink our heart’s desires and cut them off from the very essence of our being and the joy of life.

Come to this 3-day workshop where, in an absolutely protected and supportive environment, we will allow our heart to dive into its truth. We will devote time and space, liberating the heart from the physical and emotional stress.

With meditation and conscious reconnection techniques that will enable us to get back in touch with our body and our senses, it is possible to change the landscape, and open up the heart. Then, love, joy, warmth, compassion, acceptance, understanding, playfulness, passion for life, sweetness and silence … along with so many other natural qualities of the heart, will pave the way for new experiences, new ways to live our life!

By the end of this workshop, you will have discovered a new tool to love both yourself and others; a new tool to support your inner search and your experience of daily life; a new tool that can bring change in your life.

If mind is either/or, then the heart is both/and. The heart has no logic, but a sensitivity, a perceptivity. It can see that not only can both be together; in fact, they are not two. It is just one phenomenon, seen from two different aspects. And there is much more than the two — that’s why I say „both/and.“ And the heart is always right. If there is a question of choosing between the mind and the heart… because mind is a creation of the society. It has been educated. It has been given to you by the society, not by existence. The heart is unpolluted. It is pure existence: Hence it has a sensitivity. Look from the viewpoint of the heart, and the contradiction starts melting like ice.
